We have now created a shared calendar in outlook for squash bookings, available to everyone. To Access: When in outlook go to the folder list (CTRL+6) Open 'Public Folders - yourname@premierit.com' > All Public Folders Right click on Squash and Add to favourites The Squash Calendar should now be add to your list of viewable calendars in outlook. Open the slot you would like to book (the occurrence, not the series!) and add your name(s) so that others know the court will be in use at this time. Any questions, let me know Scott
